General Informations
Localization
City of Campo Grande, State of Mato Grosso do Sul (MS), Roadway to City of Três Lagoas, km 35. It is 800 meters from paved road, from which it is separated by the Guariroba River dam (this dam supplies 70% of the water for the City of Campo Grande). The unpaved access is 5 km long, and of excellent quality (cobble-stoned road).
Area
3,500 hectares (ha) or 8,750 acres; 2,500 ha of formed pastures, 700 ha of legally preserved area, and 249 ha of permanent reserves, slightly hilly topography.
Boundaires
90% of the farm is bounded by rivers or brooks and only 10% by fences; the Guariroba River dam bounds the property for the extension of 1.5 km and further 16 km by auxiliary brooks.
Pastures
The pasture area is divided in 50 plots fenced with eucalyptus and itaubá posts, all of excellent quality.
Cattle Water Supply
48 bricked cattle water bowls and 2 artificially built water holes. Every river bank is completely fenced, so cattle do not drink directly from the river streams.
PastureSupport
The farm infrastructure is complete for the support of 5,000 cattle.

Manor Plantation House lavishly furnished, Farm Manager House, 5 worker houses, further employee housing for 8 employees, sheds, garage, etc.
Infrastructure
Power – 2 input transformers (35 HP each). Plenty of water, with a 30 km grid powered by 5 waterwheels running an average of 200,000 liters/day.
Farm settings
The current setting is for beef cattle-raising, but it can be explored as an agriculture farm for any crop, the main ones in the region being eucalyptus, soybean, and sugar cane. The farm is just 15 km from the São Gabriel sugar and ethanol mill, currently under construction.
